We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory control. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage inventory processes while leading warehouse staff and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and operations teams
- Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized
- Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily workflow
- Utilize Excel and ERP systems to track inventory and prepare reports
- Enforce safety standards, warehouse procedures, and cleanliness
Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

3–5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hands-on warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or retail warehouse environment
- Forklift certification
